Returns & Refund Policy
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. Such items will be clearly labeled as
“Non-Returnable” either on the product description page or during checkout.
We kindly ask that you review this information carefully before placing your order.
However, non-returnable items may still be eligible for return if:
- You received the wrong item in your order; or
- The item was received damaged or defective.
A 10% deduction from the total order amount will apply to items returned without a valid or specific reason.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
To qualify for a refund, all items in the order (including any promotional or complimentary gifts received with the order) must be returned:
- Unaltered, unused, and in their original condition (or the condition in which they were received);
- In their original packaging, box, or dust-cover, with all brand and product labels, tags, and instructions attached;
- With authenticity cards included, where applicable.
Please ensure that you complete and include the return label provided with your order to avoid delays in processing your return.
We aim to process returns within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned package.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment, unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.
If you placed your order as a guest and do not have a Trusty account, you will need to register an account in order to request a return online.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged by arranging collection from your delivery address, subject to the following conditions:
- You may exchange an item for a different size only if it is the same product.
- The exchange order is created only after the return is approved.
- If there are technical issues during exchange order creation, store credit will be issued regardless of the original payment method.
- An exchange request may be cancelled before it is processed.
